  CHECK-IN time is 2:00 PM. CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 AM. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates are subject to Hawaii State Tax (est. 13.25%) Deposit of $100 is required within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival (for high season it's 60 days) Minimum of 6 nights stay or service fee will be added Check out cleaning included, additional maid service available as additional charge Rates shown are for 2 people occupancy - $10/night per extra guest All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  CANCELLATION POLICY For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rate refund will be issued.
